Thousands resume protests in Yemen

Tens of thousands of protesters have poured into the streets of a city in southern Yemen in ongoing protests against long-time president Ali Abdullah Saleh.
Men and women defied a deadly government crackdown by marching six miles to the centre of Taiz.
Shops, banks and government institutions were all closed in response to a general strike call in this impoverished Arabian Peninsula nation.
More than 120 people have been killed since Yemen's protests started on February 11, inspired by popular uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt.
At least 15 people died on Monday when government forces opened fire on demonstrators in Taiz.
